Samantha Whyte lives in Bilton with her husband and young son, who attends the local community primary school. Samantha is self-employed running a successful gundog training business both locally and online.

She was educated at Beverley High School for Girls & Sixth Form before studying European Social Policy & Politics at Humberside University. Samantha then spent several years working in London for the website MoneySavingExpert, which helps people save money. 

Samantha is passionate about improving care services for the elderly, promoting financial education and online safety for children. She hopes to get the opportunity to work hard for the Mid Holderness residents and help make a different to everyone’s community life.

Samantha has a love of the countryside and dogs, sitting on two Kennel Club committees and enjoys power walking and gardening.
